Ordering

I am looking forward to working with you and creating your pottery. Please review the information contained below as it explains the ordering process.

You can (1) call with order requests, (2) mail or fax the order form above, or (3) use the automated Order Request Form to the right. When your inquiry is received, I will contact you to confirm the price, the estimated shipping date, shipping costs,sales tax; to answer any questions you may have; and to confirm your order. Payment options include personal checks (preferred), Mastercard or Visa. We will discuss payment arrangements when I confirm your order.

Your pottery is made by hand after your order is received. If the piece you order is in inventory it will be shipped immediately. If it is custom made for you, it will ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Our Ohio Seasons decide what plant materials are available in my gardens when I create the pottery, so a particular impression is only available during the plant's growing season. Also, the great thing about pottery and especially our botanical pottery, is that no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Please keep this in mind when viewing the pictures. The pieces will be similar, but there can be variations in the glaze and design.

Pottery care--Pottery should not be exposed to extreme temperature changes. Do not pre-heat your oven. Allow the stoneware and food to gradually heat up with the oven. Do not put frozen food on pottery and then heat.

Returns--If you choose to return an item, you must pay for return shipping and insurance. If you want to exchange a piece, you must pay for return shipping, insurance, and shipping of new piece. If shipping damage occurs, please save all packaging materials and call within one week of receipt.
